Shipping Policies
We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order via USPS First Class mail. Back ordered items may be delayed. You will be notified if an item is on back order.
Shipping and handling for orders sent to US addresses is a base charge of $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional clothing or jewelry item in the order, $1.00 for each additional hair pin in the order. For addresses outside of the US, the base charge is $12.00.

Exceptions to this are:
- Shipping charge for all Kwigy Bo carriers is $15.00 to US addresses and $23.00 outside the US. Additional carriers within the same order are charged $12 for shipping in the US and $20 outside the US. The shipping charge for our regular carriers is $10.00 per carrier within the US and $15.00 per carrier outside the US
- Shipping charge for ceramic dog bowls is $12.00 in the US and $20 outside the US
- Shipping charge for ceramic treat jars is $15.00 in the US and $23 outside the US
- Shipping charge for beds is $15 in the US and $25 outside the US. Additional beds within the same order are charged $12 each in the US and $22 each outside of the US.

Return Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized. Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if they are in new condition with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog hair on them. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges.
Backorder Policy
Beverly Hills Pet Boutique ships most orders within 2 business days. Back ordered items may take a little longer. We will notify you if an item is on back order.
Damaged Goods Policy
Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge. No questions asked.
